This Minnetonka studio is the first Resist With Us™ branded studio using the Patented G-Werx Workout System, Machine + Program.  Resist With Us™ provides clients an efficient, safe and affordable workout routine with results.  The workout program is structured in 2 or 3 day per week formats.  Clients have the opportunity to commit to a defined schedule for 4, 8 or 12 weeks at a time.  The Resist With Us™ System is the key to success for clients.
